Villa Hermosa- Guest Quarters

Good location Positive: Great location on a quiet street. Lovely patio. Negative: Wrong size bed in description, needs maintenance on a number of of items.

Positive: Clean comfortable

The backyard was just divine!! Absolutely amazing!!

Positive: Everything

Mixed as described above, mainly due to poor heat in basement apartment Positive: Good location, very nice place, clean, responsive host, nice outdoor patio and yard Negative: The main problem was that it is a basement unit and a heat pump as part of a mini-split system is used for primary heat. Heat source is near the ceiling in the kitchen and there is no heat source down low. Heat rises. This leave the living space, especially the living room with very cold floors and uneven heating. Everything else was very nive about the place, as long as you don't mind a basement feel (there were 2 good windows), but the chill in February when nighttime temps were in the 30s contributed to us checking out a few days early. We did purchase a small space heater to help.
